Just a very small portion of Nairobi is well developed. Dar now has good roads, hotels, cable bridges, glass buildings, suburbs, brt, flyovers and interchangs, well developed and wide roads to name just a few. Nairobi may miss some of the things mentioned above. You are not even close to Dar why mentioning j'burg. I went to jomo kenyatta primary school and Nairobi high school for your information (did well in both of my KCPE and KCSE).
