Did you understand what u read.....its expensive to buy a house/office in dar because they are limited...hence an investor can get more profit....reread ur real estate even values more than Johannesburg because it has not been fully exploited

Reread the statement...it seems investors keep off dar then....most of your towers are government owned different case for kenya
