In the Dar v Nairobi thread, I see many kids yapping over how Dar has more over 20 floor towers than Nairobi without any substance or proof. Within the thread somebody suggested a battle of heights where after Nairobi beat Dar hands down the southerners started complaining of how Nairobi towers depend on spires even though only Britam Tower and I&M buildings have spires in Nairobi. They changed the battle into a towers over 20 floors which was badly controlled and everyone just went about shouting how they had won. I therefore suggest a new well controlled battle of towers over 20 floors and here is how it's going to be. I suggest each country have a representative - the two representatives are the only ones whose posts will count. I suggest the following representatives for both countries.
For Kenya it will be me NairobiWalker
For Tanzania it will be KweliKwanza
I will make the first post and KweliKwanza will respond. The discussion will be open to everyone but we will count only towers posted by the two representatives. If any other Tanzanian wants to make a post of a building, they'll PM or tell Kwelikwanza who will then post it with its complete image attached and the same will apply for Kenya. Only topped out buildings with exterior and interior finishing done will count. Let's go.
That is you ar opinion!!why would you compare Nairobi and Dar-es-Salaam? those are completely different cities in terms of status;
Dar-es-Salaam should be compared to Mombasa (another coastal city), and Nairobi can be compared to Dodoma.
if this discussion is solely based in terms of infrastructure that is a very desperate argument and Nairobi wins hands down anyday - (i grew up in Dar by the way);

It seems there is no official height for the building,it varies according to what sound good for the author
