Tuskys should first troubleshoot Nakumatt to see what exactly the problem with Nakumatt is so as to avoid a situation where both of them collapse. However I know everything will be okay

But mayai na maziwa from Uganda r way cheaper n superior quality to Kenya's. It all comes down to a right supplier to those two supermarkets! I don't see any right supplier better suited to supply any supermarket in EA than Bakhresa group. As far as he can import his goods to Kenya all those Supermarkets that don't source good from him will collapse. Ur supermarkets will continue to perform badly as they stock unaffordable goods to Kenyans n as far as the likes of Bakhresa, METL n Azania groups r given free hands to operate as the truce btn Tanzania n Kenya demands.
