A man has be gunned down in Nakuru's central business district this morning after a botched robbery attempt. According to witnesses the man had been targeting a security firm in one of the office buildings along Government Road.
A supervisor at the security firm says he alerted the police upon noticing that the man had a gun with him. Nakuru OCPD says they had been trailing the activities of a gang of three and they had information of their next target. A home-made gun and spent cartridges were recovered from the scene.
