Niko kwenye harakati za kupunguza uzito,najua mbinu kadhaa ambazo nimeanza kuzitumia
1.kutembea angalau kwa nusu saa kila siku
2.kupunguza au kuacha kabisa chakula cha mafuta mengi(hapa nimeacha kuanzia jana kula kitmoto)
4. Naomba mniongezee nyingine.......
Uzito wangu ni kilo 90,urefu 188cm. Nataka zishuke hadi 82 kilos.
Kwa urefu wangu bado sionekan kama ni mnene ila naona ninakoelekea sio kuzuri. Msaada wenu pls....
