Start with the subject of the sentence.

We saw an accident which was very bad indeed, but the bus driver didn't look after (take care of) the wounded (one's). Instead, he disappeared. By the grace of God a good Samaritan / some good Samaritans helped them.

Hongera! All your articles are correct! 'an accident' because it is the first time you mention the accident - it hadn't been identified before.

the bus driver - because I know which bus driver - the bus driver in the accident etc. nkd.

a good Samaritan - because because he is introduced for the first time - it could be any good Samaritan.

You need singular / plural agreement! 'a good Samaritan' or 'some good Samaritans'

'I could hear the cry'. 'the cry' ni noun, siyo 'verb' katika sentensi hiyo. The 'main verb' ni 'hear';
'could' katika sentensi hiyo ni modal of ability. ('the cry' ina maana 'kilio).

'could' inaleta maana ya aina mbalimbali - inatumiwa kama a modal of ability, permission, possibility.

'I could run fast when I was younger'. 'Niliweza' - modal of past ability (inahusu uwezo wangu)

'I could enter without paying.' - modal of permission. 'Niliweza kuingia bila kulipa'. Inahusu 'ruhusa', yaani, ina maana 'Waliniruhusu kuingia bila kulipa'.

'It could rain tomorrow.' - modal of possibility. 'Labda itanyesha mvua kesho.' Inawezekana itanyesha mvua..' 'Ingeweza kunyesha mvua..' Inahusu kile ambacho kinaweza kutokea'

perfect infinitive = have + past pariciple

Kwa past simple: 'I had a car.' Nilikuwa nayo gari.

I recommend a couple of adjustments. Here "the" is preferable to "an" because the reference is very specific. Also be careful with the use of singular and plural. A bit better, I think, would be: The accident we saw there was very bad indeed. The bus driver did not care for the wounded, but instead he disappeared. By the grace of God a good Samaritan helped them.

Do not focus much on grammar if you want to learn a new language unless you are a master of the grammar of your own language. Just put yourself in situations where you have no option but to speak the language you're trying to learn.

Would you like it well done? Hii sentensi ya Kiingereza inayoonesha uungwa/ustaarabu wa kumpa nafasi aliyeagiza mfano mlo wa yai la kukaanga kama nataka likaangwe kiasi/kidogo au sana(liivishwe sana). Hii ina maanisha ''mteja ni mfalme'' alitakalo mteja basi atafanyiwa.
Would you ....... maana yake mara nyingi unaomba ruhusu au maoni, kama vile sisi Waswahili wa Tanzania tunavyosema kwa mfano '' ... ni sawa nikija kukutembelea leo usiku ? n.k

Badala ya kusoma vitabu na kuangalia kwenye kamusi ya Kiingereza bila kuuliza watu ili kujijengea uwezo na kujibu assignment/ homework uliyopewa kwa uwezo wako. Baadaye unakuwa na pass nzuri kwenye cheti lakini haziendani na ulichonacho kwenye ubongo wako!!!
