Waonee huruma watanzania wenzio, wamepigika sana na rahisi kuvutiwa na ahadi yoyote ya kupata pesa haraka bila kupima madhara yanayoweza kuwapata. Mfano mzuri ni DECI ilivyovuta watu wengi kwa muda mfupi.
