mwezi wa kumi na moja 2012 niliajiriwa na company moja hapa dar nkapewa mkataba but kutokana na maslahi nimeamua kutafuta kazi kwingine na nimepata so nataka niterminate mkataba na company ya kwanza,ila sasa nikisoma mashart ya mkataba wa kwanza yanasema ili niterminate contract inatakiwa nitoe 3 month notice, but kwa hii situation niliyonayo saizi siwezi kuwa na mda huo wa notice, pia wenye company wapo nje ya nchi na wanarudi mwezi wa 12 ambapo mie inatakiwa niwe nimeacha kazi huko kwao. Pale ofisin nipo na messenger peke yake ambaye naye shule ipo kidogo.Sasa sijui nifanyeje ili niache kazi ili nisiathiriwe na sheria na pia nimkabidhi nani hii ofisi kwani nahitaji kuresign fasta

Ni mkataba wa ajira kati yangu na company sema kuna kipengele kingine kinasema the company will terminate the contract with if i will be absent from work,na mi pia naogopa kuterminate contract kwa stail ya kubreach coz itakuwa ni kama kunyea kambi vile

Mdau sheria inasema ukitaka kuresign au kuacha kazi utoe atleast a 30 days notice. so ukitoa 30 days notice au
ukasurrender one month salary in lue of terminating such a contract you will be acting within the law. Shall a dispute rise on such termination, the mediator/arbitrator or court shall be required to stand firm on what the labor law provides. therefore the act of parliament shall prevail.
