Naombeni msaada wa kisheria

Nimdaije mdeni wangu kwa kufuata sheria kwa sababu ninachomdai atukupeana kimaandishi wala kisheria naombeni msaada wenu

The Law has no doubt with you.....what you have done is what the majority are mostly practicing in the land. We have two types of concluding contract under Tanzanian Law...ie contract concluded in Express term and conclued in Implied term. Shortly contract concluded in express term are those concluded under the four corner of the paper ie written form and this is not our issue.....our issue is those contracts concluded in implied term as your case.
The Law of Contract Act is very sensitive protecting these cases (implied contracts) The procedures are very clear just as simple as taking half of cake. The first procedure is to institute the suit before the court of law claiming the debt. The issue before the court will be whether there was a conclussion of the contract btn the above mentioned form.! what the contract was about....whether there was debt btn the parties.....
Having considering all the issues the court will be in position of determining the legality of the contract concluded by the parties .


NB..Justice delayed justice denied...Limitation to institute contract cases is limited within six years.

Kama alivyoandika mwana JF mwenzangu hapo juu katika sheria si mikataba yote inaandikwa ndio inatumika kutoa ushahidi au kudai, hata kama mlikubaliana by mere words na swala likafanyika basi unaweza kuclaim ur part of the contract kama the other paty hakutimiza mliyokubaliana. Kumdai utamdai kama kawaida given that mlikubaliana mkiwa katika sound mind na jambo mlilokubaliana lilifanyika.
