Hehehe you actually think that was a "court" or that they practise"law". The wakoras were properly nyoroshwad . Get yourself a lawyer friend who is level headed and he will tell you that they erred terribly and counter to the spirit of their earlier decision in August. Better still try and read the constitution of the "Republic" of kenya for yourself. Esp the part that says elections must be held in every constituency.

Quickly So you and ODM/NASA/NRM/ Peoples Baraza choose to ignore any electrol matters that went before the supreme court because the courts were biased? Many of those cases were there before the courts of law because NASA and its affiliates filed them. Just recently you were here praising the same courts of law when they nullified the elections. Justice Maraga himself voted, as a citizen why wouldn't I vote too? He also personaly swore in U.Kenyatta as president! Whats wrong with you people? Are you all high?
