If we won't opt a national consensus approach to achieve our developmental goals & plans, we might be deceiving our people.
Do you want to say, there are no engagement or participatory procedures / approach in our process towards our developmental goals / plans / vision achievement? And who are going to be participants? those who walk out from the dialogue sessions and forums / platforms (remember Bunge la Katiba - UKAWA and Bunge la Taifa)? If development has to be achieved, it has to be people centered. Development aspect is not only defined in economic terms but also in other aspects of people's life as social, political and cultural! We need development in each of those aspects!
