Renowned NASA financier Jimi Wanjigi has responded to an obituary that was published on Wednesday’s Daily Nation that alluded to his death.

The businessman claims that the advert was a restrained message by his adversaries and that it forebodes his death that he believes is ‘yet-to-happen, but assured.’



The said orbit was published on page 49 of the Daily Nation newspaper and contained Jimi Wanjigi’s image as well as information that is only a slight variation from Mr Wanjigi’s.

Mr Wanjigi was speaking to CNN when he said that he has no doubt over the meaning of the message.

“It is a death promise. We are coming for you, we assure you we are going to finish you,” he told the International broadcaster.

“I see the Nation Media as being part of a conspiracy of premediated murder. I don’t see which other way to see it,” the businessman added.

One can only conclude that it is a veiled threat or a tasteless joke...

Begginning to seem that way..Scary times we live in...Life is precious and God alone should have the right to take it...
We will all die and rot ...and leave all our earthly belongings no matter how rich,powerful or which side of political divide one is in ..Thats why I feel whatever the reason it is in very poor taste...This is why I also had a problem with Lissu being shot..

Lunatic will not be avoided in the society, but in my view Kenya hasn't reach boiling point yet. As long Odinga is alive and well and not hustled, nothing big will happen. But on the other hand Odinga knows his part of equation, so he'll keep pushing until he gets what he wants which is another "Credible" election maybe under watchful eye of UN.

Don't be too hasty to judge. The CCTV footage showing the image of the man who paid for the obituary at Nation Media offices, has been matched to an employee of the ODM secretariat. Waiting for the police to confirm, stay tuned!

Who is he going to sue? Jimmy Wanjigi? You are right though politics is dirty just like a pig's romp in the mud. The guy is using his 'kitambi' as defence! 😀😀😀

Yea him, I thought maybe he wanted to sue Jimmy Wanjigi. That would have earned him a spot in Jimmy Wanjigi's small black book. In the DN expose on Wanjigi, they revealed that he carries with him such a book with details of everything about anyone who has ever crossed his path! He must be shaken to the core to realize he is also in someone else's little black book. What a world!
