Duh Steph Curry, you are impossible!
Last year they called it luck. I wonder what they'll call it this year as it gets better and better. Believe it or not the truth is that only Steph can break Curry's record!
It's a fact that last year they got every major break they needed to get, which by the way wasn't their fault.
1] They were healthy. That was key to their championship run.
2] In the finals they faced an undermanned CAVS team that didn't have two of it's all-stars. That's fact, not fiction.
3] We can only speculate as to how the finals would have turned out had Kyrie and Kevin [and maybe Varejao] been playing. That's also a fact.
4] I think this year's team [GSW], thus far, is significantly better than last year's. My opinion.
5] This year's team is going to go 72-0, provided they stay healthy [which I think they will]. They have a chip on their shoulder and they want to prove a point. That desire will fuel them all season long.
6] I still want to see a rematch of last year but I don't think the CAVS have a snowball's chance in hell because I don't think they will be healthy come April, May, and June. Kyrie Irving appears to be a very fragile player, kind of like how Derrick Rose is. And without him I just don't see how they can even be competitive. But what do I know...I could be way off base here. But we shall see.
7] On that note, I am going to go out on a limb this early and predict that the Golden State Warriors will win the NBA championship again this year [provided they stay healthy, of course].
8] The only team that can compete with the GSW in the Western conference are my San Antonio Spurs. But boy are they some slowpokes! I mean, they can ball and all that but they just can't move. Father time is catching to Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobli and Tony Parker to a lesser degree. Be that as it may, my Spurs are the only team hitherto, that I think, can give the GSW a run for their money.
9] Having said all that, let me again qualify my prediction by saying that it's all contingent upon everyone staying healthy.
10] I congratulate you in advance for a back-to-back championship.
