OMG! Now is when you are doing kidney transplants. Mbagathi county hospital under nairobi county government has been doing that since last year and KNH (Kenyatta national hospital) for over 20 years. We also have MP shah hospital since february last year. We also do kidney dialysis and radiotherapy across all county referral hospitals. I see you buy anything your government says. But good for you to have it now, it will help your citizens. Kenya we are sorted.

NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 30 – The country’s first paediatric kidney transplants have been successfully carried out giving two girls and two boys aged between 13 and 17 a new lease of life and perhaps increasing hope for other Kenyan patients with renal failure.
The four transplants were performed on Thursday at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) bringing to total the number of transplants done in the country to 99 after the first transplant in 1978.

The country has only two cancer hospitals, with the main one, ORCI, located in the capital, Dar es Salaam. Approximately 150 outpatients are attended to at ORCI, on a daily basis. At the institute, it is estimated that about 90 percent of the patients arrive when it's too late for a cure

3)We are doing Cochlear transportation, Kenya will never perform this complicated surgery in your public Hospitals, at least in twenty years from now.
4)We are removing blood clots and tumours from the brain without opening skull, this service is only available in Tanzania, not other country in Africa can.
5)We are starting Liver and bone marrow transplants soon

If you had done those you would not be so excited about kidney transplants that Kenya has done since 1970's. I know you(Tanzanians) like blowing a lot of hot air just like the lady in that video who lied to you all that all eac will come for kidney transplants in Tanzania. Successfully separating conjoined twins is a complex operation that depends on how they are joined as well as the experience and skill of the surgical team.

The twins shared a spinal cord, rectum, anus, some muscles, subcutaneous tissues and skin. Paediatric, neuro and plastic surgeons agreed that separation was feasible but it should wait until the twins were bigger to withstand the complex surgery.
A University of Nairobi plastic surgery resident created a 3D model of the twin’s pelvis to map the surgery.
