New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

Some of the picks in CCM are not above reproach

Somehow unscrupulous individuals have been promoted

Some were involved in soliciting bribes in the last elections. Some threatened to beat unto pulp certain suspects

As much as we are rooting for this new administration but we cannot help to notice bad habits die hard

Since the opposition has shown more trust and respect to the new ruler we project she will win the next general elections handedly

The electorate will not vote for the opposition because why fix a system which even the opposition believes in

If you write a letter and ask for a meeting with the new ruler it implies you have faith to her reign

The opposition are now frying themselves in their own cooking oil [emoji921]

In 2020, they claimed it was no elections we concurred with them

But now they seem are more eager to cut corners rather than sticking to their earlier positions

They call it pragmatism but we call it unprincipled

So since we have already projected no path to presidency for the opposition because shujaa wa Afrika is no more and out of sight is out of mind

Shujaa wa Afrika made the opposition looks a viable option to lead because we despised disrespect to human rights

But politics have taken a frightful twist after shujaa wa Afrika disappeared without a trace

So the opposition needs to reinvent themselves

Need a repackaging founded on the harsh realities of a changed political fortunes...a forthright reassessment

This reassessment begins with a bitter realization in 2025, only the presidency is out of reach

CCM cares more in winning the presidency than parliamentary and civic elections because of controlling the Treasury purses and the power to reward minions with plum jobs in the government
