Oldies need pension at least Tshs 100K a month but we can start from Tshs 20K a month as a starting point [emoji117]

A country which caters for the oldies tend to have a stable economy

When it comes to "miradi ya mikakati" money no problem but paying monthly pensions to oldies money not available. It is an irony of all post independence CCM regimes

Let assume oldies are 4M over 65 who have no any form of pension so being recipient of Tshs 20K per month yields Tshs 0.96Bill per annum which is less than what we burn to buy a money guzzling jumbo at $20M translating into Tshs 46Bill. Such a useless plane can fund oldies pension for at least 45 years if my maths are correct

So what we lack is political will not money because too much is found upon white elephants

From now onwards it seems Suluhu has nothing profitable to oldies. Her priorities confirm "no place for oldies." CCM is cajoling oldies to support them to prolong their illegal stay in power but gives back nothing substantial but "futari".
