New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

This happens when you have no case to prosecute. You detain an opposition politician wrongfully but when you go to court you lick your own puke.

How many minutes do you need to write down a charge sheet for alleged offences of more than one year old.

Anticipate this year the criminal case will not go to a hearing because DPP has no case but will seek solace in "uamsho" style delays that the DPP is still gathering evidence...years will go by citing the same excuse till 2025 is behind us and our sister has secured her second and last term unopposed...then she will remember it is time to forgive her political adversary unapologetically she will set them free with that "NOLLE PROSEQUI" meaning the DPP has no intention to proceed with the case and his victims will not be compensated for malicious prosecutions.

It is imperative to note the draft constitution has not created an independent DPP office because no security of tenure is guaranteed, and the office holder serves at the pleasure of the appointer.

Those clamouring for new constitution order will be wasting their energy if they think the going ahead is a walk in the park...

Katika sehemu zote tulizokwenda, tulipokelewa vizuri na kufanikisha lengo kwa kiasi kikubwa kama taarifa fupi hapa chini inavyoeleza:

UKONGA: Tulipata muda wa kuongea na Freeman Mbowe. Tulimpa ujumbe wa viongozi wa dini na baadaye tukapata nafasi ya kumsikiliza. Alitueleza kuwa hali yake ya kiafya ilikuwa nzuri kabisa na kwamba hakuwa na shida ye yote na 'wenyeji wake' ambao ni Askari wa Jeshi la Magereza pale Ukonga. Alieleza kusikitishwa kwake jinsi walinzi wake 3 ambao ni wanajeshi wanaoshitakiwa pamoja naye katika Kesi ya Ugaidi walivyopata mateso kupitia mikono ya Jeshi la Polisi na kuwekwa ndani kwa kipindi cha mwaka mzima. Anasema aliamua kuwa na walinzi waliokuwa ni Askari wa Jeshi la Wananchi (JWTZ) ili kuimarisha ulinzi wake baada ya kushambuliwa na kuvunjwa mguu kule Dodoma. Ameeleza pia kutokuridhishwa na kitendo cha Jeshi la Polisi kuendelea kuwakamata na kuwaweka mahabusu viongozi wa CHADEMA wanaojitokeza kusikiliza Kesi yake Mahakamani. Hata hivyo, amewashukuru Watanzania wote wanaoendelea kumuombea nchi nzima nzima. Amewataka Watanzania wote kuungana katika kuandika Katiba Mpya!

MBURAHATI: Baada ya kutoka Ukonga, tuliwatembelea mahabusu ambao ni viongozi 12 wa CHADEMA wanaoshikiliwa katika Kituo cha Polisi cha Mburahati ambao walikamatwa Segerea wakiwa wanafanya Kikao cha Ndani. Tulikuta hali isiyo nzuri ya mahusiano kati ya mahabusu wale na Askari waliokuwa zamu wa Kituo cha Mburahati. Tulishughulikia changamoto ile kwa njia ya mazungumzo na sala na hatimaye kurejesha mahusiano na pande zote mbili ziliweza kusameheana. Mazingira hayakuruhusu kuwaona mahabusu wote lakini tulifanikiwa kuonana na viongozi wao 3 ambao ni Gerva Lyenda, Asenga na Mwita. Pia, tuliruhusiwa kuonana na mahabusu 2 wanawake. Mwishoni, tuliwaona mahabusu 2 ambao ni watu wazima akiwemo mzee wa miaka 74 ambao walipelekwa Hospitali kwa matibabu. Leo ilikuwa siku ya 6 tangu wakamatwe pasipo kufikishwa Mahakamani.

CENTRAL POLICE: Tulifika jioni sana kule Posta. Kwa sababu ya muda, tuliruhusiwa kuonana na kiongozi wao ambaye ni Katibu Mkuu wa BAWACHA, Catherine Ruge. Alitueleza changamoto ambayo tuliweza kuifikisha kwa Afisa wa Jeshi la Polisi ambaye alituhakikishia kuwa ataishughulikia. Leo ilikuwa siku ya 4 tangu wakamatwe pasipo kufikishwa Mahakamani. Catherine alitueleza kuwa kulikuwa na mahabusu 30 waliokamatwa walipokwenda kuhudhuria Kesi ya Mbowe katika Mahakama ya Kisutu. Alieleza kuwa baadhi ya waliokamatwa hawakuwa wanachama wa CHADEMA, bali walisombwa tu katika kamatakata. Alieleza zaidi kuwa wengi wa waliokamatwa ndugu zao hawajui kuwa walikuwa wamekamatwa.

Muono wetu kama viongozi wa dini kuhusu ziara hiyo ni kama ifuatavyo: Kitendo cha kuwakamata na kuwaweka ndani viongozi na wanachama wa CHADEMA kwa sababu zilizoelezwa kinalipaka matope Jeshi la Polisi na kinazidi kuinajisi Katiba ya Nchi. Kesi ya Freeman Mbowe inalichafua Taifa letu duniani. Tunafahamu pia kuwa kuna viongozi na wafuasi wengine wa CHADEMA waliokamatwa mikoani kwa sababu za kudai Katiba Mpya. Kudai Katiba Mpya sio jinai.

Ni kwa sababu hiyo, tunatoa wito wa kuachiliwa huru kwa mahabusu wote pasipo masharti ye yote. Kuendelea na Kesi ya Mbowe hakuijengei heshima nchi yetu. Hivyo, tunatoa wito kwa Serikali kuifuta Kesi hiyo kwani kuendelea nayo na kuendelea kukamata watu wanaodai Katiba Mpya ni kujenga mazingira ya kutibua utulivu nchini. Sisi Maaskofu tuliofanya ziara hiyo tumefanya hivyo tukiwakilisha viongozi wengine wa dini na tumetimiza wajibu wetu (Ezekieli 33:1-20).

Hakuna kama mama....SSH knows she cannot win the 2025 elections this is why she is committing these atrocities against humanity...but like her predecessor we are now confidently projecting her end will be just like her predecessor.

Though she is using many medicines she will not be cured of her ailments in My God Christ Jesus we decree and declare.

SSH is a chameleon 'cause what she says is mocked by her deeds. On her presidential maiden speech she had promised to end malicious criminal prosecutions but when Mbowe & CDM aggressively began agitating for a new constitution she cracked up the whip and Mbowe is behind bars for many years to come. We do not anticipate the DPP has any evidence to prosecute his case against Mbowe & conspirators but we bet our last cent DPP during hearing he will be deferring the hearing citing incompleteness of evidence. Just like in the Uamsho case, the DPP will be buying time to dampen the campaigns of restoration and restitution....DPP will never prosecute his case but will keep on holding the falsely accused aiming to deprive them with ample opportunity to mobilize a defatigable yet an intrepid movement which will demand for new constitutional order. . All DPP criminal cases of domestic terrorism and money laundering have never been decided by courts because DPP never paraded his evidence but in every day of hearing he pleads for postponement claiming the evidence is insufficient to proceed to a hearing while prodding his victims to admit and pay hefty sums for their freedoms amounting to extortion, blackmail and abuse of prosecutorial powers...

SSH asserts Mbowe's spat with the law dated in September last year during Mwendazake brutal reign but we know the then DC Sabaya is being prosecuted for abuse of public office during the same tenure. For sure as water cannot be mixed with oil, if former Hai DC Sabaya committed atrocities then Mbowe cannot be guilty of offences fabricated by Sabaya. Both sides cannot be innocent nor can both sides be guilty as charged. One side must give in for another... Can Sabaya fake offences be rewarded while himself is indicted and behind bars? The answer is from a chameleon you can always expect contradictions on top of contradictions...nothing represents the gospel truth but everything is a lie mixed with the truth

We are also aware that though Mbowe had fleed to Kenya during the Mwendazake era but imputing it to fictitious criminal charges of domestic terrorism is farfetched and unfounded from factual information.

We say so because when Mbowe returned from Nairobi nobody saw him as a lawbreaker till he began sensitising his members to clamour for a new constitutional dispensation. So, because of this fact we rule out charges of domestic terrorism as trumped ones targeting to slow down the katiba mpya movement.

When Manji arrived at JKN Airport, he was immediately arrested but when Mbowe hit the home berth the police saw no terrorist but an innocent citizen ending his self imposed exile.

The real reason SSH is persecuting the opposition is because she cannot win a free and fair elections come 2025. This is why she is locking under barrel most of CDM cream in order to declare herself president unopposed

We have a minister who just transferred a senior government official for what he calls the officer was not timeously releasing "control numbers" to fertilisers buyers but what are the facts?

That the beleaguered officer is accused of withholding "control numbers" circumvolving potential fertlizer buyers in a "conveyor belt" in order to create avenues to demand kickbacks...we are flabbergasted because nothing is closer to the gospel truth.

Here is our examination of the facts as we know them.

Facts bespeak for themselves that hapless official has no role in availability, access or generation of "control numbers". The whole system is computerised meaning it is impersonalized.

So, after learning the ropes we need to look for motives anybody can withhold, delay or frustrate accessibility to "control numbers" to the potential fertilisers buyers. Is there a pecuniary motive? We see none so the minister is the one who does not know the whole computerised process of generating "control numbers" to pay up for fertilisers.

The minister raised a disturbing correlation of the price of fertilisers and easy accessibility of "control numbers" to prospective fertilisers buyers! Again, regretfully we peek no symbiotic association between the price of fertilisers and the accessibility of "control numbers".

Had the energetic minister done his homework thoroughly well he would have come to the conclusion the price of fertilisers is now affected by government extortionate taxes, removal of subsidy and politically connected middle men who hike the price of artificial fertilisers.

We strongly [emoji123] advice the overzealous minister to eat a humble pie and revoke his transfer decision which has no basis in logic, commonsense, or laws. In fact, such a reckless decision only afforded us with a rare satori of a minister completely out of his ropes. He genuinely appears just like another blue eyed boy unwilling to learn new trade but presumes a titular he carries has enriched his cranium with wisdom, knowledge and understanding which is not the case here as we have strenuously dilated.


We must humbly submit CCM system of picking leaders is shambolic and has excelled to churn out very bad leaders like this one under our spotlight today...
