The only reason one can clamour for a new constitution is if he hates our basic structure. Do they hate multiparty democracy, human rights, gender representative democracy, Union government just to name a few defining our basic structure? In affirmative, I can confirm they have no spite against the basic structure of our constitution but dearth of independence of the election commission, period. It is an area needs fixing before we fall into tohubohu fracas where only bloodshed will restore a sense of equanimity.
