Ngorongoro quagmire calls for a scientific resolution. Begins by looking at what was agreed in 1959 and its subsequent breaches.
Most glaring to the eye was simplicity living epitomised that pact of coexistence of elementary humanity and wildlife: No permanent building structures but housing made of sticks and glued by cow dungs.
But today, modern housing, logging, poaching and cultivation have violated clear terms of 1959 agreement and Ngorongoro local residents have lost the justification to live there.
So enforcing building and lifestyle codes could make the area less attractive to the residents which may lead to their wilful relocation.
Hostile lifestyle tastes make it sharing the area with wildlife almost impossible to sustain.
