There’s one company giving Centum a run for its money and its name is Cytonn Investment.
It has not been around for long and already the company is throwing in some mega projects. They are currently constructing ‘The Alma’ in Ruaka, a residential development with 408 units. They are also developing Amara Ridge and Situ Village in Karen.
Now, they have unveiled plans for their most ambitious project yet – Newtown.
It is an incredibly beautiful city in Athi River set on 1000 acres and will rival anything we’ve seen yet. The cost and timeline have not been released yet, but this is something that will sure go into the tens of billions.
Skyscrapers, riverfront hotels, 3km pedestrian boardwalk, amusement parks… I can tell you this much. If it comes to fruition, it will be one of the best things to ever hit Kenya.
