Service or Selfishness?
Another 22.7 percent ya Watanzania somewhat agree with that statement, ikimaanisha kuwa more than 90% consider corruption a significant problem katika Serikali ya JK.
The sad history of politics-and by no means just in Tanzania-ni kwamba, viongozi wa Serkali ya Tanzania often serve their own interest more than the interest of those they govern, ikimaanisha walala hoi, and it is often at the expense of those they had supposedly dedicated themselves to serve.
Will these defacto public servants in the next one year, before the election of 2010, fulfill the Tanzania dreams and hopes, or confirm their fears?
Only time will tell. But if history reveals the answer, the same cycle-selfishness and even corruption and cronyism-will be repeated over and over again, since SI SI EMU bado tunawapenda na kuwapa nchi ya Tanzania, kama vile hakuna watu wengine wenye uwezo na akili ya kuongoza NCHI.
When will the cycle end? Will it ever end? Will the Tanzanians be ready for a CHANGE, and be governed in true equity, righteousness and selflessness, by moral principles, for the benefit of the governed (Watanzania)?
The answer may surprise you.
Be blessed.
