Wataalamu wa afya, baada ya kufanya mazoezi mwili unakuwa umechemka na mapigo ya moyo kwenda mbio.

Je, ni sahihi kuoga mara baada ya mazoezi au natakiwa kusubiri kwa muda gani?

Je, kama nikioga, nioge maji yepi, ya moto au ya baridi? Nawasilisha.

Kuhusu kuoga, hakuna athari zozote zile wewe kutumia maji ya moto, yenye uvuguvugu, au hata ya baridi na hakuna muda muafaka wa wewe kuoga au kusubiri kuoga baada ya mazoezi.

Mie nikitoka kujifua husubiri at least kwa dakika 10 kabla ya kwenda kuoga. Ni vizuri kusubiri mwili ukapoa kwa dakika chache kabla ya kwenda kuoga. Wengine hudai jasho likianza kukauka tu basi unaweza kwenda kuoga.

Unaweza kunambia madhara ya kwenda moja kwa moja kuoga kama umetoka kufanya mazoezi?

Nadhani na wew ungeweka hoja zako hapa za kitaalamu kupinga hoja zake badala ya kupiga porojo..!

Siyo tu aweke hoja zake hapa, bali hizo hoja ziwekwe sambamba na vyanzo vingine vya kuaminika vinavyosema kuoga maji ya baridi mara baada tu ya kufanya mazoezi ni hatari kwa afya.

Yeah ni imani tu.

Mimi hapa ni workout warrior na mara kibao huwa naenda bafuni moja kwa moja kuoga na sijawahi patwa na madhara yoyote yale.

Halafu si mimi tu. Watu kibao gym huwa wanafanya hivyo. Wakimaliza workout sessions zao moja kwa moja wanatinga bafuni na hawafi wala kuanguka.
