Kibaya nikiangalia namna viongozi etu wanayoshughulikia crisis na issues za nchi ni hatari kabisa; wapinzani na watetezi kupigwa, kuteswa na kufungwa bila sababu ni kitu cha kawaida kwa sasa, tulifikiri awamu hii tutasahau kasma hii kumbe ndo kwanza hali inakuwa mbaya, huku viongozi wakijitokeza wanataka maridhiano (4R), wananchi wanaojaribu kuhoji kupotea kila siku bila sababu,
Kinachotisha ni uchumi na maisha ya wananchi kuwa magumu kwa wakulima na wafanyabiashara, kodi kemukemu kila sehemu. Yaani huwezi kuwekeza kenye kilimo na pia huwezi kuwekeza kwenye biashara, kama unapinga jaribu ndipo utaniambia mifumo nyonyaji ndani yake itakavyokula mtaji wako wote.
Hapo siwezi kuongelea elimu yetu inavyodidimia kila siku tena kwa kasi ya 5G, kuanzia kindergatten, A-O LEVEL na kwa vyuo vya kati na universities huko ndiko balaa .
Nakwambia yote hayo ni kwa sababu ya kukosa strong and effective leadership, tumeona nchi kama indonesia, madagascar,Malaysia n.k ,zimetoka kwenye third world countries level leo zinakimbizana na first world countries, ni kwa sababu zilipata visionary and effective leaders. Kwa kweli viongozi wetu wa juu walio wengi wamekosa quality za leadership hasa kwenye kudeal na crisis lakini hata kwenye kutengeneza multisectoral long and short terms developmental strategies. Kila developmental plans wanazobuni zimekaa strategically kiupigaji, najua utabisha, niambie chache na mimi nitakueleza zimekaaje kiupigaji.
Nilikuwa najikumbusha some of the major concepts za advanced leadership nilizosoma sehemu fulani miaka kama kumi hivi iliyopita, nikipitia zile qualities of an effective leaders kwa kweli sioni ndani ya viongozi wetu wa nchi hasa kwa sasa hivi. Nimejaribu kusummarise kwa lugha ya kigeni hizo qualities za uongozi na namna wanavyotakiwa kuwa, mwisho wa siku utagundua kwa kweli hatuna kabisa watu wa namna hii, tulio nao ni the opposite.

"A leader should be intelligent (SMART- BOTH INBORN AND BY LEARNING), should be a role model (WALK THE TALKS), a leaders should be visionary (VISION SETTER), a leader should be a problem solver not a problem creators ( BE ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES), a leaders should have qualities and abilities to select brains who can help him/her reach her /his goals (SMARTLY SELECT WELL INFORMED ASSISTANCES AND EMBRACES SMART DELEGATION ), he/she should be able to critically analyze situation, gaps, issues, challenges facing his/her firms, organization, institution, ministry, country using his/her best brains she/he selected (TEAM WORK) to come out with evidence based-informed strategies, approaches to mitigate those challenges (EMBRACES EVIDENCE BASED AND INFORMED DECISION)
"For short and long terms development, He/she should be able to identify what are the developmental country's, firm's, institution's etc. priorities (STRATEGIC PRIORITIES SETTING), work with her/his brains surrounding her/him to develop not only feasible but also realistic vision and mission (SHOULD HAVE VISION AND MISSION, as a team craft strategies and approaches to reaching those vision and mission (EMBRACES TEAM WORK FROM THE GROUND LEVEL DURING THE PROCESS OF PLANNING, STRATEGIZING PRIORITIES AND DESIGNING TAILORED INTERVENTIONS).
He/she should be in position to articulate well the activities/interventions behind those strategies to the well selected brains to make sure they share the same vision, mission, strategies and activities (ENSURE EQUAL UNDERSTANDING AMONG HIS/HER TEAMS), Most importantly, she/he should be able to hands on-hands -off distantly and physical oversee the operationalization of the strategies and intervention if are implemented according to what they had agreed ( MONITOR EACH STAGE OF IMPLEMENTATION)
