On 17[SUP]th[/SUP] April 2012 bought airtel voucher with serial numbers 308000807079
I am getting "The Voucher Activation Code you entered does not exist'' when try to recharge.
I am all at sea, I don't understand why I have to suffer this much for buying a recharge voucher, if the voucher I bought was fake, I expexted airtel would be thankful that someone is giving them report, I thought airtel would take appropriate measures, I was very wrong, by telling me to take the voucher to a person who sold me, airtel is kind of withdrawing herself from the case, in a way airtel is saying it is not responsible for whatever their sales people are doing.

kama kuna mtu anafahamu nambari ya simu au email address ya mtu anayefanya kazi airtel naomba aniwezeshe ili niweze kufatilia, tatizo hapa sio mimi kuingizwa mjini, tatizo ni kubwa zaidi, kama kuna vocha feki mtaani, nimeipeleka airtel nao wanakili kwamba hiyo vocha ni feki, lakini wanaishia kuniambia nenda kamdai aliyekuuzia ili akurejeshee basi hapo kuna issue

I am getting "The Voucher Activation Code you entered does not exist'' when try to recharge.
- I immediately took the voucher back to a person who sold it me, he said he can't give me refund the money also can't replace the voucher because it was not his fault.
- I called number 100, which is your customer service, after waiting for almost twenty minutes, customer service officer came online, after I started explaining to this officer, without even fully understanding what exactly was my problem, he was busy trying to cut my explanations short, he then told me to turn off the phone and it will be ok after I turn it on again…..and it wasn't
- I called the customer service again, and after another more than 20 minutes of waiting, the customer service officer asked me for a serial number, he checked and told me to visit any of your customer service centres.
- Today the 19[SUP]th[/SUP] April, I went to your mlimani city offices, after explaining to your customer service officer, he checked and said the voucher you have isn't ours because it is not in our system, I asked him what now can I do, his answer was simple take it back where you got it.
