The East Africa regional bloc, Inter-governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), has criticised the timing of Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta's appearance before the International Criminal Court (ICC) on charges of crimes against humanity.

Just to add a little bit of info:

IGADD-Intergovernmental Authority on Drought and Development which is now The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) , a multinational body founded in 1986 has eight members Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrean, Uganda and Kenya, with a focus on development and environmental control.

Tanzania is not a member of The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
