Job Description
To provide an effective Query Resolution service in a professional, friendly manner with internal as well as external clients to understand the risks associated with handling clients’ queries and dissemination of confidential information. Be the first point of contact for routine clients’ queries. The incumbent should be able to converse in mandarin.
