It has been this way from yesterday 1800hrs throughout the night to this time. I had just given hope myself that the problem was happening because yesterday was sunday and hoped it would settle earlier today because the system admin would have noticed it work on it. I am just thinking what the problem mighty have been without having clear answer to now.

I am also thinking how many people tried to apply for loans esp for Diploma in Education Science/Mathematics and failed due to that very big problem which i think the board could have noticed on time and do something about.
