I found this website Adgraft.com pointing to www.adgraft.com its an ad classified site and an auction site present in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Somalia One thing that caught my eye is the design, not to mention that the site is absolutely free, even the featured ads/auction is FREE, men Free! They have more usability where you can use attention getters; you can bold your ad for more attention etc, could this beat OLX.
