SECO is nothing,it's just a small fish.It is one of the conglomerates of Alpha Group of Companies who have had 60 years of presence in Africa! It's headquartered in Mombasa.

We build tankers as I showed you above(refer to MV Alpha Kirawira). Ferries and boats we leave that to you it is too basic. We do more serious and complex things that would melt the brightest Tanzanians brain.That Kunyaland of urs has never managed to build a single ferry (a glorified boat) so far!
