The Company provides world class instruments Callibration and Testing as well maintenance services.service which are compliant to ISO/ICE:17025:2017
The Company has a team of experts with expertise and experience in instruments Callibration and Testing,Biosafety Cabinet Certification.
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and help our leaders and staff complete administrative tasks as needed.
Operations Assistant responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling various business operations in procurement,sales and marketing,organizing files, and distributing mail as required.
Ultimately, you will work with department managers to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly.

Responsibilities

1. Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
3. Prepare and file forms and other documents
4. Handling various business operations in procurement, sales and marketing
5. Responding to Various tenders in Private and Government Institutions.
6. Assist with tender application through Taneps System.
7. Responding to telephone calls and Emails.
8. Visiting Clients and suppliers
9. Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
10. Update logs and order forms
11. Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Management

Skills and Experience

1. Computer Skills especially in MS OFFICE SUITE.
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Negotiation Skills
4. Experience in Applying for tenders in Public(Taneps) and Private Companies will be an added advantage
