Project investors come from New York coupled with Italian tourist magnate Franco Rosso who is also developing a 20-floor skyscraper in Malindi. This project is also part of his vision of Transform Malindi into an international tourist hotspot.

its amazing....I wish it was in Nairobi or Mombasa CBD though...but Watamu also makes sense coz this is a beach resort..

can you imagine this building being built next to Pinnacle towers...damn! that would have been a fantastic skyline...or Mombasa too...given it is a coastal city, it would have been lit!!!...
