Parachichi ni tunda lenye kiwango kikubwa cha mafuta lakini mafuta haya ni monounsaturated fat. Mafuta haya husaidia kupunguza kiwango cha cholesterol kwenye damu.

Pamoja na uzuri wake ni vyema parachichi liliwe kwa kiwango maalum. Ni muda mrefu sasa tangu mimi binafsi nimeacha kutumia siagi margarine kwenye mkate na ninatumia parachichi badala yake.

Parachichi huweza kukatiwa kwenye salad na ikawachukua nafasi ya dressing.

Parachichi lina kiasi kikubwa cha potassium kuliko ndizi mbivu, ni moja ya matunda machache yenye vitamin E ambayo ni nzuri kwa ngozi na nywele.
 
Wanawake wengi ni wapenzi sana wa parachichi ukilinganisha na wanaume. Binafsi ktk list yangu ya matunda aina 10 niyapendayo parachichi na papai hayapo.
