Kwa ujumla maisha ya ajira katika hizi hotel ni ya kusikitisha sana.Watu wengi wenye elimu zao mahali hapa hawakai kabisa. Huingiza mguu na kutoka kwa kipindi kisichopungua mwezi mmoja.

Ujanja anaoutumia baada ya kuona janja zao zimefahamika ni kuwatumia wafanyakazi wa kigeni toka Kenya, A.Kusini, Zimbabwe, Uganda nk, Hata na wao hawakai muda wakiwagundua ufisadi wao.

Lakini jambo jingine ni ufisadi wa kuiibia serikali kodi hesabu zinazotolewa hapa Peacock siyo za kweli, Kwani katika mfumo wa Computer kuna Peacock One na Peacock Two.Moja ndo ya kuonyesha TRA na nyingine ndo halisi mapato yanayopatikana.

Naomba wana-JF NJOONI HAPA Mnazi mmoja au Millenium Tower niko tayari kuwapa data zenye details zote za hawa mafisadi mkazifanyie kazi .

Kwa sababu hakuna wakuwasaidia basi wamekuwa wakiendelea kuwapa uroda mabosi wao pendinge bile ridhaa yao ya dhati. Hivyo nadhani vyombo husika vichunguze jambo hili nakuchukua hatua.

Hali halisi sasa iko hivi,Baada ya kupiga parapanda hii ya unyanyaswaji ndani ya hoteli hii ni mtafaruku mtupu.Alikuja Paparazi mmoja akafikia ofisini kwa Mfugale mwenyewe kutaka kujua maelezo yangu kama ni ya kweli.Baada ya kumweeleza alimwita Msaidizi wake yaani Agnes ambaye pia ndiyo nyumba yake ndogo ya hapo ofisini,Kutaka kujua uhakika wa habari hizi.Agnes alijibu nimesikia tetesi tu sijaona andiko hilo kama lilivyo.Basi yule paparazi akaambiwa aje siku nyingine akiwa na mtu anayeweza kuliondoa kwenye mtandao.

Hadithi hiyo haikuishia hapo zoezi la kumshika mchawi yaani mimi likaendelea huku Damas akimhoji mtu mmoja mmoja kujua nani hasa amehusika kama kweli yupo au aliyekwishakuondoka.Kashikashi lilikuja nilipoitwa kuhojiwa kama kuna habari zozote ninazozijua kutokana na andiko hilo siyo kwamba walijua ni mimi ila alikuwa akiongea tu na kila mtu.Ukatili gani nimefanyiwa au unyanyasaji wa kijinsia unaofanyika hapa hotelini.Nilimweleza bayana yale ambayo yamekuwa yakitokea na kusikia,Kisha akaniambia nisimweleze mtu mwingine tulichoongea!!!!!
Huku nyuma Kiongozi wa askari Kikula (Ambaye ni shemeji yake Mfugale) akifanya upekuzi kwetu wasichana kwa namna ya kuzidi kutuongezea maudhi,Tabia zake ni za kidhalilishaji sana,kwanza anakupa vitisho vya kufukuzwa kazi kwamba atakubambikizia chochote ili ufukuzwe,Lakini lengo lake ni kututaka kufanya naye mapenzi hasa tunapokuwa shift za usiku.Katika swala hili la kumtafuta mchawi anaitumia nafasi hii kama silaha na kusema anawajua waliosema hivyo na atawataja kwa Mzee ili wafukuzwe kazi(Yeye ni mwajiriwa sawa sawa na sisi ila tu ana uhusiano na mwenye mali).Kwa kweli kazi hapa imekuwa karaha kupindukia.

I am not going to doubt what you have stated here. I personally know Damas Mufgale and he is one of my good friends. In fact I am related to Mfugale's second wife Blandina. Also I have so many clients who we send to peacock hotel. Please send me Damasi Mfugale's number and I will call him personally and talk to him about these allegations. I am outraged with this unprofessional behavior. I know it takes courage to come out here and write. I salute you for your courage. It is so unfair and it is sexism. People can criticize you all they want, but the truth is women have been subjugated to such discrimination for so long. It is easy for people to condemn the women involved, but when one is desperate it is so easy to be caught in indecent proposal. Unfortunately or fortunately we leave in a world were communication has made it easy for people to voice their concerns. If there will be any evidence that peacock mistreats its employees, I can assure you peacock would lose so many customers. So please do not let anyone discourage you, but also you have to be totally fair and honest when presenting your facts. I hope you also have people who could back you up. You being a whistleblower could be a lesson to so many other people and you might save so many lives. I actually know a woman who used to work for Peacock and now she is with St. Gaspar's Hotels in Dodoma, and I am sure she left for a reason. Please keep the good work and do not let anyone intimidate you. I am sure Damasi visits this websites now and then, if he does, he should try to come clean. Once again another person's story is true, until you hear the other side. Right now we will assume these are just speculations. But Peacock has to clear it's name, otherwise we are forced to start thinking there is something fishy going on. I am not taking sides at all, these could be malicious accusations against peacock, but we cannot rule out these allegations.

Just a quick observation, why are u asking his number from this whistleblower, yet u claim to know the owner personally, and u even send customers there? could it be that u still dont have mfugale's number or am missing something?

Sorry if my previous message made you guys suspicious, but I was just trying to find a way to help. In fact I also had a friend of a friend who used to be an accountant there and he has told me some stroies about the Old man and they are kind of disturbing.

I undestand what you guys are saying. I know if I call the front desk they would not give me his number. I used to have his number on my TZ chip, but unfortunately I cannot access that. Even Timor knows kwamba kumpata huyu Damas kupitia front Desk ni shida. How would it harm Timor to give me Damasi's number. Serious guys? I shoud have added to Timor if she/he is comfortable though. Anyways, it is not a big deal. I was just outraged and I wanted to talk to Damas and to let him know that the whole world knows about their mismanagement and unprofessionalism and if they continue to do so, they will lose some of their long time customers. Anyways, it was just a thought and I was genuine. I had no other intention. I hope though Damasi visits this sites, because it is so important to know how this may affect their business. If the allegations are true, they need to restructure their management. Timor if you are a woman why don't you go see TAWLA or TGNP? I am sure they would be a great help. I also suggest to visit an organization called Women dignity, I am just trying to see how this could be handled.

At the end whatever you decide to do, please just know that you have so many people behind you and supporting you. all you need to do is find the right sources and be honest. I know how it is hard to find genuine people who would give you the kind of support you will need, but I am sure as long as you have the evidence your case would be heard. I want you to be careful though among your colleagues, find people who share your concerns. Its easy for people to be bought up. If i were you, I would record every conversation you will be having with anyone. Anyways, I will pray for you and I want you to know I am proud of you for the courage to represent many of the workers in peacock.
