Lets check that out with the lies in the govt delivers website vs whats on the ground. its all Bs, the money was long lost in corruption na wizi wa mchana!.I gave you clear examples in public domain where and who took the money. and lets discuss substance.

Now the promise has come in the big 4 after the mugambe elections of last year. another manifesto which I have no problems with. The economist behind those papers do a good job, but whose implementing them. The cats walking crew!
