Please help on The Vista OP logon problem

I arrived in the Morning at the office after normal shutdown yerstarday.
When I log on two questions come up.

1. The User Profile Service service failed the logon
2. User profile can not br loaded.

Please help me on how I can secure. The account is the only administrator others are limited.

Thank you Mr. Kang for the assistance to gave me, I was also to solve the Vista loging problem as an administrator without loosing any data on it.
