When wandering around JF I came across this quotation in a Kenyan political forum which contains comments tweeted by PLO Lumumba on Raila:

"Let Raila's extemporaneous expatiations have intellibility n voracious vivacity without rodomontade or thrasonical bombast"

To be sincere I am lost and I need a volunteer Great Thinker to translate the message in a comprehensible language. Hapo nimepata LET, RAILA, HAVE, WITHOUT na OR.
