I took time to understand the reason why you have to discredit every or little thing about what the elected president is doing or undertaking [1] but I still fail to get it. Kenyans deserve the credit for setting the maximum or the president and his team of representatives also deserve credit for implementing [2] the minimum or maximum threshold in the ministries. either way they compliment each other. So you definately are showcasing desperation trying dispose this connection [3]. to kenyans credit is understaundable because allowed the current reforms through a referundum and therefore cannot implement it [4] or who is implementing is it [5] the opposition???
livefire where is your influence here. Wewe ni a strong CORD footsoldier and you have accepted to move on despite the court's ruling can your influence be felt.

Let me respond to your reply a point at a time.
You did not take time to understand any of my commentaries because if you had you would have realized that I am not discrediting any one. To the contrary I am pointing out that the credit is not being given to to the appropriate recipient.
I don't know where you are getting the impression that I have issues with every thing that Uhuru is doing since I commented on one topic, maybe you will elaborate.
2.
I don't know which "his team of representatives" you are talking about, the last I checked Kenyans in the created the Constitution Implementation Committee (CIC). The CIC is the body mandated (plus the supreme court) to be the overseer of the implementation of the new constitution, all other institutions are mandated/required to morph be it in policies, structure etc to comply with the new constitution.
I have a problem with this section of your comment because it implies choice where there is none. Uhuru does not have a choice of either to comply or not, he has to unless he wants to go against the constitution which would be a different story. We can give them credit for doing their job well, say they beat the deadlines, but I am not for praising people for doing what they are being paid for.

Here I have to say you are the one who are misplacing the connection. Uhuru and "his team of representatives" are employees of the Kenyan citizenry not the other way round.
4.
What do you mean by "therefore cannot implement it " They employed Uhuru and "his team of representatives" plus employees called MP's to run the last kilometer. It is no different from lets say you invent a great thing then start a company employ a few engineers, marketers etc to get the product to market.

On this I think I have covered the who is implementing question.
The biggest problem with the mentality that Those we elect are doing us a favor and so we should praise them every time we see them is the reason why Africa is where it is. Our politicians are never accountable to the people because we have inverted the accountability ladder.
We have politicians believing that citizens should conform to their whims, not the other way round. The day politicians are forced to realize and accept that they are employees and they
might get a bonus if the Country company does well then Africa shall rise at a rate we cannot even begin to imagine. That my friend, is my point.
