Problem With My Microsoft Outlook

Nahitaji msaada,Kuna emails zimestuck kwenye outbox yangu mwanzo zilikuwa 23 emails nimezimove kwenye folder jingine zimeenda 11 emails, zimeback 12 emails kwenye outbox.Hizo 12 emails zilizobaki hazifutiki wala hazimove to another folder.
Nifanye nini kusolve hili tatizo, emails napata kama kawaida ila siwezi kusend.

Umecheki na provider wako kujua maximum limit ya file size inayotakiwa kutumwa? Kama ulifanikiwa kutuma any mail before basi kutakuwa na email yenye size kubwa ambayo ndio inakwamisha kutuma nyingine. To remove cancel SEND/RECEIVE dialog box then delete one by one kuanzia iliyopo chini. Au trick nyingine chomoa cable ya network then ufanye nilichokwambia.

Labda kufahamu zaidi. Account gani umeset kwenye outlook yako? is it POP3 au IMAP?

Hiyo technique ya kuzi-move kwenda kwenye folder lingine (eg Draft) ni nzuri.
Ili uweze kuhamisha zilizobaki, kwanza right click and cancel Send/Receive (chini kulia pale). Ikiwa process ya ku-send imeshaanza, huwezi kufungua au kuhamisha.

Nafanya hayo mloniambia then nakuja na feed back.Limit ya attachment ni 4MB according to my ISP.
BwaX : ni POP3 ndyo nimeset.

Wakuu this problem ilitokea kwenye PC mbili. I have try both the options mlizonipa nimefanikiwa kuzidelete na outbox imebaki empty,now naweza ku2ma emails.
Kuna mtu nilimuuliza jana akanipa option ambayo sikufanikiwa ya kupitia kwenye maintanance then kwa maelezo yake kule ningekuta folder la outbox halafu na delete emails.Sio mbaya kama hii option kuna mtu anaijua vizuri anieleweshe .

Swala jingine ni lazima pia uangalie file size zako jumla yake ni MB ngapi na mara kwa mara penda kutuma file lisilo zide MB 2 kwani wajua ISP wetu hutupa bandwidth ndogo hivyo flow za email from outbox zinakuwa slow kwenda.

na jingine hapo mkuu bwax amekuambia kuche Settings POP3 and SMTP

Outlook mails for me and other people are very important,consequently sometimes happen bad thing,if so,advise to use next tool-cannot view mail in outlook,it helped me many times and has many capacities,moreover tool can help to extract all files with *.eml, *.vcf and *.txt extensions from *.ost file, when you cannot access your mail account, stored on Microsoft Exchange Server,will quickly scan all hard drives and find it. If current user has only one profile and its data is stored in a *.pst file, the path will be automatically displayed in the dialog box,can convert the data to a file with *.pst extension, that can be opened with any mail client, when cannot view Outlook emails.
