Kwanza ukiona mtu wa kijijini anakosa chakula tambua huyo ni mvivu wa kufanya kazi na katika vipindi vyote huwa wapo lini umewahi kusikia au wapi umeona katika nchi wananchi wote wana raha? Pili Prof Lumumba anaongea kitu sahihi na kama wewe umekuwa muathirika sababu ulizoea kutumwa na wapiga deal pole sana ila nakushauri fanya kazi maana hata mie mwenyewe nilichokuwa nakipata kipindi cha kikwete ndio ninachokipata sasa na ziada nabaki nayo sijaona mabadiliko kwenye uchumi wangu...... Mwenyewe umejipinda ukajua umeandika kitu cha maana sana.... Acha uzembe kafanye kazi upate hela ukilegea watu watakutatua marinda kijana... Viva magufuli

I don't need Magufuli. He is an oppressor and suppressor of freedom of speech. He has zero communication skills and social attachment. Gives non visionary and non comforting speeches to the public. The fact that the man has neither administrative background nor inheritable leadership blood from his lineage dismisses all possibilities for him to be the New Star of Africa.
For a person to shine in the continent, must be gifted either with charisma or oratory skills.

The voices of opposing Trump all started within USA. We saw people taking to the streets opposing him.That's your opinion which you want everyone to respect, so why are you intolerant to the professor's opinion too. So many pundits around the world have oftentimes given unflattering opinions abut Trump, but that didn't insinuate that they were interfering with American politics.
Opinions are just personal sentiments, personally I've my reservations on your president Magufuli, but on equal measure I support his efforts on some of the issues. He is very patriotic, well meaning and benevolent, only that he lacks tact or doesn't listen to his advisers on some strategic plans.

Thanks for your remarks, but I have some points of correction buddy. I didn't say prof Lumumba was hired to come and praise Magufuli, also not underestimate the world wide sphere of influence conquered by his unquestionable professionalism. All I'm saying is that prof Lumumba and other visitors (you mentioned) didn't make enough research before uttering such praises. This president is superficially displaying all what people (from outside) would want to see, but on the ground he is the hell.Are u very certain that the prof. recieved some sorts of inducements in order to spout those praises about the president?
With all his famed eloquence, Lumumba does not wield any significant political influence to sway the public opinion in Tanzania, leave alone in his own home- country. All the brickbats u are tossing at his very entitled opinions are therefore very misguided, unnecessary.
He has not meddled in Tanzania's politics by only congratulating the president for his good work. Had he proceeded to make unsavoury remarks against the opposition, and probably urged the people to shun them.....then by that he would have gone too far, and your anger and criticism would have been completely justified.
Magufuli ascended to the presidency thru popular votes by Tanzanians, his credit ratings are impressive. It is therefore very dishonest of u to claim that people are being "planted" to speak well of him to the press. If the comments here by the Tanzanians is anything to go by, (the majority have in fact denounced your criticism), therefore the overwhelming majority of the Tanzanian people support the president.
Visiting heads of states and dignitaries from other countries always have some good things to say about the host country, why should this be an issue?

You can fool some people for sometimes but you can't fool all the people all the time.Prof. Lumumba, for the second time in our own country -at the Nkrumah hall of UDSM, has hailed president Magufuli as thé incarnation of mwalimu Julius Nyerere (father of our nation). Frankly speaking, prof does not know Magufuli. Magufuli might be carrying some traits of mwalimu but differs a lot from him.
Magufuli is such an impulsive and vengeant president who will be on record for many years to come due to his irreversible disarray of social unity and economy in the country.
Everything and every means of life have taken à negative twist since he got in office 19 months ago. When people complain, the sinful and disgusting reply coming out of his dirty and uncivilized mouth is "those who complain used to get money from dirty deals". Come on !! What dirty deals were being done by villagers who now can't afford even a single meal per day ? Is this president and all who support his administrative methodology lacking the eyes to see this ? People are starving and loosing everything they had.
Now that he wants to deal with everyone involved in signing the bogus mining contracts with foreign companies, there is one weekly local Newspaper -Mawio, that mentioned two former presidents (Ben & Kikwete) as the key players in this dirty game has suffered 24 month ban. How comes, this Newspaper which has played a helping role is banned for two years ?
BTW, still there is a lot of contradictions in his so called fight against mineral plunder. Seems to be so much concerned by the "mineral concentrates" than the minerals themselves. Why ? Is this fight real or just a political game of some sort ?
Prof Lumumba should go back to Kenya and take part in compaigning for his favourite side - Uhuru Kenyatta camp. Should leave Tanzania and its matters alone. Contrary to this, it is either him or his grave will be ashamed in the near future when evils of social and political atrocities committed by his "Rising Star of Africa" (as he call Magufuli ) will get disclosed

This prof is talking "point blank". Echoing unresearched statement about Magufuli. What this prof doesn't know is that all media, with an exception of JF, feed people with the "rinsed news" in favour of this authoritarian government. Magufuli has tampered with our constitution inexpressibly.
