Prof. Mbarawa: Treni hii ya Tanzania siyo high speed train kama zile za vichwa vilivyochongoka, Wananchi eleweni hilo

Mwingine huyu amekuja na yake bila kujua picha zilitolewa na TRC, wakibanwa macho kodo yanawatoka.
 
Haya ndio MaMbarawa yenyewe!!
 
Bullet train ipo toka miaka ya sitini na ya kwanza ilijengwa na mjapani huku reli yake ni ya zege, sasa wewe unaposema ni tekinolojia ya kisasa nakuona uko kwenye kundi hasi la kutudanganya.
 
Funguka, zile picha za TRC zikionesha treni iliyochongoka na ubavuni jina la TRC aliweka nani? Kama hauvai barakoa utakuwa umeambukizwa uongo.
 
Aweke wapi wakati zimejaa humu kwenye kila post ya kusutana uongo zimo.
 

Sipingi usemacho, lakini kwa taarifa yako waliokuwa wanasema kuhusu hiyo reli ya umeme, walikuwa wanatuhadaa kuwa itakuwa high speed train. Na waliokuwa wakileta hizo computer image za high speed trains ni hao hao TRC! Imefika wakati wa ukweli kuonekana ndiyo wanaleta hayo mambo ya ajabu.

Na kwa kuongezea tu, hata hata hiyo train ya umeme wanayosema sio jambo la kauminika sana. Maana kama umeme wa nchi nzima umewashinda na bado wanakaza fuvu, ndio itakuwa umeme kwenye train?

Unasema hizo train za high speed ni very expensive, kwahiyo $7.5b kwa mujibu wa figure zao ambazo haziamaniki, sio very expensive?

Ni kweli..lakini mbona kwenye picha zao za mwanzo hao TRC walituonesha kitu tofauti na tulicholetewa?
Mbona hata michoro ya nyumba ya 3D na uhalisia vitu fofauti halfu bila kusahahu hata wanawake zetu mbona mitandaoni picha zao na ukikutana nao vitu tofauti

Katika hotuba yake Mhe. Rais Magufuli ameelezea kufurahishwa na utekelezaji wa mradi huo ambao amesema utasaidia kurahisisha na kupunguza gharama za usafirishaji wa mizigo na abiria, na pia utaokoa barabara ambazo zinaharibika kutokana na kusafirisha mizigo mizito kwa magari.

“Kwa kutumia Reli hii mtu atasafiri kutoka Dar es Salaam hadi hapa Dodoma kwa saa 3 tu ikilinganishwa na saa 5 hadi 6 zinazotumika hivi sasa kusafiri kwa gari na pia mtu atasafiri kutoka Dar es Salaam hadi Mwanza kwa saa 9 ikilinganishwa na saa 36 anazotumia hivi sasa kusafiri kwa Treni” amesema Rais Magufuli na kuongeza kuwa Reli hiyo itakuwa na uwezo wa kusafirisha Tani milioni 17 za Mizigo kwa Mwaka ikilinganishwa na ya sasa yenye uwezo wa kusafirisha Tani milioni 5 tu.

Hii hotuba ya JPM, kudhihirisha alishozema waziri ni sahihi toka mwanzi ilikuwa train ya speed mpaka 180kmh kwa hiyo hakuna jipya rudieni hotuba za JPM aliyeanzisha huu mradi hakuna sehemu waliseme bullet speed maana ingekuwa 1.5 yu Dar to Dom​

DAR ES SALAAM, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Tanzanian President John Magufuli on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for the second construction phase of the standard gauge railway (SGR) from Morogoro region to Makutupora in Dodoma region covering 426 kilometers.
Speaking in the capital Dodoma shortly before he had laid the foundation stone, Magufuli said upon completion the SGR will help create 30,000 direct employment opportunities and some 60,000 indirect jobs.
"The SGR and a dry port in Dodoma will boost the development of central regions," said Magufuli, adding that after construction of the Dar es Salaam-Dodoma railway line, the government will extend the SGR line to Mwanza covering 1,219 kms.
The total cost from Dar es Salaam to Mwanza is estimated at 7 billion U.S. dollars.
The 522-km-long Dar-Dodoma line is being constructed by Turkish firms.
The SGR will also help ease the flow of goods and people in the neighboring landlocked countries of Uganda, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi and Rwanda.
For his part, Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa urged all Tanzanians to support the president in his efforts aimed at making the east African nation an industrial economy.
"The fifth phase government is determined to improve people's lives, thus the need for the public to support the initiatives rather than opposing everything the government is doing," he said.
Makame Mbarawa, the Minister for Works, Transport and Communication, said upon completion, the railway line will be able to transport 10,000 tonnes of cargo at one time.
"We have lost customers at the Dar es Salaam port due to unreliable rail transport but after this project we will be able to recall them," he said.
Turkish Ambassador to Tanzania, Ali Davuglu, said the railway line will accelerate economic development in the country and improve international relations.
In May last year, Magufuli launched the first construction phase of the SGR from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro.
Upon its completion, Tanzania will have a fast and modern passenger train with a speed of 160 kph while the freight train will have a top speed of 120 kph.
Tanzania has approached the World Bank and the government of South Africa for support.
