A client is looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator for a an annual contract position, with potential for extension.
Qualities needed:
- Great attention to details and excellent follow up skills
- Must be a self starter with a can do attitude, able to prioritize tasks and one who does not need constant supervision
- Superior communication (written & public speaking) skills are a must
- Familiarity with Prince II / PMI or another professional project management methodology is a plus
- Project management experience with EU donor funded projects
The job:
- Management of a multi year medium size research project
- Will be the glue for all project activities including procurement, following up with required paperwork, writing reports and preparing / presenting research findings
- Regional and national travel (up to 40%)
