Key word MK254 is HATE.....its like human nature/in human gene to hate.....thats why when I find myself starting to hate in whatever form, whether race,religion,sexual orientation,nationality,financial status,age,disability,culture,tribe etc etc, I always pose take a deep breathe and correct myself...yaani najirekebisha.....hate is abnormal, its a NEGATIVE ENERGY!
