Don't think he will, The cargo rail just like passenger service will be running on trial basis up to Dec.. That cargo trail run will only be carrying cargo destined for Nairobi and metro only... When we do the commercial launch somewhere in Jan 2018, that would be the appropriate time for him to attend... BTW I have been going through Uganda's govt twitter page for their sgr, @SGR_Uganda they have already cleared 90% of the SGR route and compensated 70% of the land owners along the route, they are doing it so transparentlyprobably, he's in Kenya already.
