Her Excellence, kindly be notified that there is no single Tanzanian University in the list of top 3,000 Universities in the World. UDSM used to be the best in Africa but now it is falling down at a light speed due to a wide spread of Sabayakokoism (Sabayaism + Kakokoism). Kindly suspend or remove Mfinanga and his allies from holding public offices then ask CAG to redo the audit in liaison with TIS, TCRA and PCCB to uncover sabayakakokoism.

Sabayakokoism involve kunyanyua mabega/ubabe wa kijinga and strategic mismanagement of public resources for personal gain in the name of the unknown (mkubwa asiyejulikana), the result of which are strategic corruption, organized theft, favoratism, discriminations, struggle for power, cold war, hate, death of innovation, victimizations, stigmatization of patriots, failure of staff retention, decline of donor funds, decline of research activities, decline of number of consultancies, poor maintenance of facilities, lack of teaching materials, poor housing, praises of unpatriotic acts, creation of fear, hate, threats za kutafutiwa kosa, threats za kuhamishiwa Katavi/Kakonko and unfair terminations of employees.

Worse the concept of academic freedom is buried and even platforms for discussing/criticizing such matters for the best interest of the university are strategically paralized. DARUSO Constitution is twisted while UDASA and THTU are strongly monitored to an extent that they are currently being viewed as nothing more than branches/puppet of the administration. Elections of DARUSO, UDASA, THTU and SACCOs are monitored to an extent that people ask themselves what a coincidence is that head of UDASA (Dr. Msuya), THTU (Dr. Msuya), and SACCOs(Dr. Msuya) are engineers and related to the head of administration. In this is like having president who is a speaker and at the same time a sister to chairman of main opposition party. It's sound stupid but that's how it is at the hill. University stakeholders should do your homework well. You have shied away from being think tanks of the nation to being easy going tuitioners coldly leaving matters of great national interest like the need for new constitution undebated, only to become ethnic enthusiasts and partakers in minimal affairs!

There is gossip that DVC Ad Mfinanga and DVC Ac Rutinwa are arrogant without vision, politicking higher education, they have overpowered the VC, just dragging him to the killing zones. The VC is insecure and without any form of power.

Hapana! Tatizo ni UDSM yenyewe, kwa sababu mwanafunzi anapokusanya ripoti inakuwa ni jukumu la chuo chenyewe kuhakikisha kuwa mwanafunzi hajaiba maudhui kutoka sehemu nyingine.

Kwa lugha ya kiingereza huwa wanaita PLAGIARISM, na huu mtindo wa kufanya PLAGIARISM upo sana UDSM.

Sio jambo jema! Lakini ile PROJECT yangu ya UNDERGRADUATE [ 2014 ] ilikuwa na kichwa cha habari kinachohusu "UPGRADING OF COPPER ORES FROM MPWAMPWA" na PROCESSING METHOD niliyotumia kufanikisha ile PROJECT ilikuwa ni FROTH FLOTATION METHOD.

Na nilipanga nitaendelea tena hii PROJECT kwa upande wa MBA pale pale UDOM, sema kwa awamu hii nitatumia kichwa cha habari kinachohusu "SUPPLYING CHAIN MANAGEMENT OF COPPER ORES FROM MPWAMPWA" ikiwa ni muendelezo wa PROJECT ya UNDERGRADUATE.
