Nacho weza kukuambia ni kwamba sedactive hypnotics hutumika sana kwa ajili ya "insomania" treatment coz zina anagesic effect on the brain. Ukisema sedactive unamaana normal sleep bt ukisema hypnotic unamaanisha deep sleep. Hii hufanyika kulingana na dose let say ukimpa mtu large dose of phenobarbital atapata hypnotic bt ukimpa small dose atapata sedactive! Ambapo akishtuka anaweza kupata headeche, hangover, nausea, au ikizid anaweza kupata mental deepration even death coz dawa hizi hupunguza mascle activt such as breathng ret,or hypersenstivity! Nazan nimejibu swali lako?

ok, je hizo drug zikiwa administrd ktk kiwango fulani zinaweza kutumika as mind control drug coz kuna kiwango mgonjwa anakuwa ana respond to command tu

Ramsay Sedation Scale inatumika kwenye ICU ambapo baadhi ya wagonjwa wanapewa dawa zinazowafanya walale au kupumbaa.Hivyo wameweka hii scale ili waweze kurecord objectively hali ya mgonjwa. Ifuatayo ni chart ambayo inatumika. Kama haieleweki basi nifahamishe.
