I was jus checking news from BBW at 20hrs EAT broadcasted that there will be a relief on oil prices though it may take 3 weeks to repair the broken infranstructures like tanks,pipes etc
Rebels have a control of 95% of Tripoli according to western media

Si kweli, 2% can easily be replaced by OPEC members' increase in crude oil production.
