Real Madrid continued to ready themselves for their La Liga clash with Levante, which will be played this Sunday at the Santiago Bernabéu (9pm CET). Ancelotti included the Castilla men Burgui and Raúl de Tomás in a session that saw Carvajal join the group. James continues with his recovery, while Benzema did running and worked with ball at feet on the training pitch.
With Casillas, Keylor Navas and Pacheco undergoing specific goalkeeper training, stretches and muscle-strengthening exercises were followed by ball work. The outfield players involved in the session carried out a range of possession and pressure drills, before several half-pitch matches and one using the full pitch.
According to Di Marzio Real Madrid have signed River Plate goalkeeper Augusto Batalla (18), who joins the team next season.
