An example of a composting plant to be built in Dar es Salaam and neighboring townships
1. Introduction
Kibanga Vision Health Services Limited (KVHSL) is a private company registered in Tanzania since 2019.
It now intends to implement Kibanga Organic Manure Plant (KOMP) Project.
A Preliminary feasibility study on Kibanga Organic Manure Plant (KOMP) is required in order to assist KVHSL leadership to determine the best way to move forward.
Thus, the following Request for Proposals (RFP) from potential bidders is hereby floated to national and international audiences so as to attract a high-quality team for conducting the study.
A softcopy of the said RFP is below appended.
2. Commencement and closure of tendering process
The tendering process under this RFP starts on 06 November 2021, when the tender document has been revealed to the public, to 12 November 2021 at 5.59PM.3. Technical proposal
The bidders are required to prepare and submit a bid document that contains both a technical and financial proposals.A technical proposal should state what shall be done, when, where, how, and by who, with justification provided.
The technical proposal should be accompanied with supporting evidence such as CVs for key experts, and samples of the works done in the past, under similar assignments.
4. Financial proposal
And a financial proposal should state the proposed project costs. The bidders with minimum bid price and high quality technical proposal shall be given a priority when the decision to award a contract is made.5. Evaluation and feedback to bidders
After receiving bid documents fast evaluations will be conducted and all bidders will be provided with written feedback by 15 November 2021 before midnight. Contacts shown in bid documents shall be used.6. Modes of Bid documents delivery
