RETAIL SPOTLIGHT: NAIROBI LEADS IN SUB SAHARA AFRICA

can't know yet coz it's being built in phases hopefully by next year will know. The land is divided that way though.
Thanks! That is good news! Any small development in a country is quite welcome! As more youths get jobs, idleness goes down, and crime rates goes down. Such developments increases ease of living for every person in the country! If one mall will employ up to 200 youths (at least) and 20 mall s are constructed then, employment will have increased by 4000 youths! That is why it very important for any country to embrace any development whatsoever!

Frankly the malls have become too many to serve any purpose other than lure Kenyans to spend more. I would applaud more if the local kiosks where i do my shopping were the ones experiencing the phenomenal growth. Four or five quality malls were enough for Nairobi lakini zimekuwa too much.

For sure Nairobi is saturating! And what i realized, every mall has it own unique way of standing out! The experience in Garden city is quite different from The hub which is totally different from Westgate, and very different from TRM. The feeling one gets at TRM when watching a movie on 7D is very different with Garden city 7D! The guys are very clever in doing this things making sure that they milk from the Kenyans!
